Within five working days for almost every message. Weekend and holiday notes are answered the following Monday. Press inquiries usually get a faster reply.
Will you publish my story?
Sometimes. When a reader scenario inspires a future article, we always anonymize identifying details (your name, your building, your neighbor) before publishing. You can also ask us not to use it at all.
Can you give me legal advice?
No. We are a publication, not a law firm. For situations that need professional help, we will gently point you toward tenant rights organizations, mediation services, or attorneys in your area.
